Seviyan (vermicelli) kheer
|Seviya broken (vermicelli)||2 cup/s|
|Ghee||2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)|
|Elaichi powder||0.125 cup/s|
|Sliced or crushed almonds||2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)|
|Almonds, sliced||2 piece/s|
|Pistachios, chopped||1 tablespoon/s (tbsp)|
|Saffron Strands (kesar)||1 pinch|
1. Take a microwave oven safe glass bowl, add ghee and seviya, mix well and cook for 3 minutes to roast it. (Stir twice in between).
2. After beep, remove and add milk, sugar, mix well and cook for 6 minutes.
3. Add all other ingredients other than pistachios, mix well and cook again for 3 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
