            Seviyan (vermicelli) kheer

                                          Ingredients
| Seviya broken (vermicelli) | 2 cup/s | 
| Ghee | 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp) | 
| Sugar | 1.5 cup/s | 
| Milk | 8 cup/s | 
| Elaichi powder | 0.125 cup/s | 
| Sliced or crushed almonds | 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp) | 
| Almonds, sliced | 2 piece/s | 
| Pistachios, chopped | 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp) | 
| Saffron Strands (kesar) | 1 pinch | 
Method
1. Take a microwave oven safe glass bowl, add ghee and seviya, mix well and cook for 3 minutes to roast it. (Stir twice in between).
2. After beep, remove and add milk, sugar, mix well and cook for 6 minutes.
3. Add all other ingredients other than pistachios, mix well and cook again for 3 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
