Raw Banana & Cottage Cheese Fritters (Without oil)

Raw bananas 2 piece/s
Grated cottage cheese 1 cup/s
Amaranth flour 0.5 cup/s
Green chili finely chopped 1 piece/s
Fresh coriander finely chopped 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Ginger paste 0.5 teaspoon/s (tsp)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste


Microwave the bananas with their skin on for one minute. Peel and cut into round thick pieces. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except raw bananas to make a thick mixture. Dip the banana slices in the mixture and arrange it on the crispy plate. Simultaneously select convection mode 200°c temperature and preheat the oven for 4 minutes. Place the crispy plate on the grill mesh rack in the oven. Select again convection mode 200°c temperature and set time for 12 minutes, press start. Turn once in-between. Serve hot.
