Celebrate Ganpati making Chef Varun Inamdar’s puri-bhaji recipe
Chef Varun Inamdar shares his childhood favourite puri-bhaji recipe using Godrej Veg Oil

Method
This is one dish that we all love to eat on most festive menus. And that is exactly what Chef Varun Inamdar demonstrates with his childhood favourite puri-bhaji recipe. He remembers having this classic recipe along with pedas and modaks as a kid growing up. This simple recipe uses commonly available ingredients, including Godrej Veg Oil’s Refined Sunflower Oil, and can be prepared in a matter of minutes. For the bhaji, all you need to do is toss the boiled and diced potatoes in mustard seeds and spices minus onions and garlic. Finish off the bhaji with coriander leaves and grated coconut. The puri is prepared with wheat flour and not with all-purpose flour.
