Brie or Camembert 1 piece/s
Honey mustard 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Walnuts, finely chopped 0.25 cup/s
Apple and pear 1 slice/s
Crackers handful


  • Spread mustard on the cheese and roll it in the chopped nuts to coat it properly.
  • Arrange the nut-coated cheese on a microwave oven safe serving dish. Microwave on medium-low for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and soft.
  • Transfer the cheese to a serving dish. Surround it with the apple and pear slices, and crackers. Serve immediately.
