Godrej sunflower oil 4 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Dried mixed herbs 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Parmesan powder 3 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Sea salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix all the ingredients, except the sea salt and make a soft dough.

Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin sheet between two sheets of parchment paper.

Let the rolled sheet chill in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.

Cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a sharp knife. Drizzle some sea salt on them.

Bake at 180°C for 15-17 mins or until the crackers get a little colour.

Serve with your favourite healthy yogurt dip and enjoy!
