Healthy, protein-rich idlis without rice

|Toor dal||1 cup/s|
|Chana dal||1 cup/s|
|Urad dal||1 cup/s|
|Green moong dal||1 cup/s|
|Methi seeds||to taste|
Wash the quinoa and dals. Soak this along with the methi seeds for 6 hours.
Grind the mixture till it forms a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a large vessel and leave it to ferment overnight.
Heat the water in a pressure cooker and bring it to a boil. Grease idli moulds and pour a little fermented batter into each one.
Ensure the moulds are only filled 3/4th.
Place the moulds in the pressure cooker and put the lid on. Do not put the pressure on.
Steam for around 20 minutes or until done.
Serve warm with some chutney.
