Soft Khoya 250 gram (g)
Sugar Powdered 1 cup/s
Cardamom Powder 0.25 teaspoon/s (tsp)
Cardamom Seeds (Crushed) 0.25 teaspoon/s (tsp)


Step 1: Take a microwave oven safe glass bowl, add all ingredients other than cardamom seeds and 
Pistachios, mix well and select micro mode, set time for 5 minutes and press start (Stir twice in between).

After the beep, remove and set to cool. When set well, make peda shape and garnish with cardamom seeds and pistachios on top and serve.
