Maida 1 cup/s
Besan 1.5 cup/s
Powdered sugar 1 cup/s
Butter/ Ghee/ Dalda 1 cup/s


Cream the butter and sugar together till it turns fluffy. Add besan followed by maida. Make a dough out of this mixture. Make medium-sized balls. Arrange them on crusty plate and place the plate on the grill mesh rack in the oven. Select convection code, enter 170℃ temperate, set time for 8 minutes and press start.
