Ingredients

Paneer 200 gram (g)
Milk 100 millilitre (ml)
Sugar caramelized 80 gram (g)
Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon/s (tsp)
Pistachio & almond handful

Method

Grate Paneer and keep aside, take 
Heat heavy bottom wok, add Grated Paneer to it add milk and bring it to boil on medium heat, mix continuously once thicken add  caramelized sugar and cardamom powder and keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to bottom 
Let the color change to rusty ,Remove from heat, let it cool a bit, set in mould let it cool completely 
Garnish with Pistachio or any other nuts and serve
