Lobia Vada Pops (Without oil)

|Cumin seeds||1 teaspoon/s (tsp)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||3 tablespoon/s (tbsp)|
|Chopped green chili||4 piece/s|
Soak the black-eyed beans for 3-4 hours, drain and grind coarsely. To this, mix in the green chilies, coriander and curry leaves. Add salt and crushed black pepper. Now shape the mixture into small round balls and fix a toothpick in each ball. Simultaneously select convection mode 200°c temperature and preheat the oven for 4 minutes. Arrange the round balls in the crispy plate and plate the plate on the grill mesh rack in the oven. Select again convection mode 200°c temperature and set time for 14 minutes, press start. Turn once in-between. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy.
