Indian style tangy shell pasta

Indian style flavourful and tangy masala pasta that will be your new favorite! this is simple and super tasty using simple seasoning and delicious sauce.

shell pasta 1 packet/s
oil 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
garlic 5 piece/s
onion 2 slice/s
green chilly 2 piece/s
salt to taste
turmeric pinch
red chilli 1/2 teaspoon/s (tsp)
chilly sauce 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
tomato sauce 3 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
coriander small bunch
maggi masala 1/2 teaspoon/s (tsp)


1. First we have to boil pasta, for that take water in a container bring it to boil.

2. add pasta and salt, cook till soft bt not over cooked

3. strain pasta with the help of colander 

4. now add oil in a pan.

5. Add chopped garlic, spiced onion and green chilly. 

6. stirr for some time

7. add pinch of turmeric and 1/2 tspn red chilly powder.

8. now add tomato sauce and chilly sauce.

9. add salt as per taste.

10. mix well.

11. now add boiled pasta and mix well.

12. add maggi masala and coriander for garnish.

your yummy indian style pasta is ready to eat. serve hot.????


1. add salt as per taste because sauces have salt too 2. you can add any other veggies as per your choice.
