Monsoon special easy to make healthy soup

|Wheat flour||4 teaspoon/s (tsp)|
|Butter||2 teaspoon/s (tsp)|
|Oil||1 teaspoon/s (tsp)|
|Green chillies||1 piece/s|
|Ginger garlic paste||1/2 teaspoon/s (tsp)|
|Garam masala||1/2 teaspoon/s (tsp)|
|Vegetable stock or water||200 millilitre (ml)|
|Fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves||sprig|
Heat heavy bottom pan add half oil and half butter. now add wheat flour and cook until it's golden brown, add water or vegetable stock and cook, see that lumps are not formed. Remove from flame ,strain so no lumps are there.
Heat another Pan & add remaining oil and remaining butter.
When heated add ginger garlic paste chopped green chillies, onions and cook till onions are transparent. Then add peas, sweet corn & let it cook. add carrots, garam masala salt now add the Cooked wheat flour soup and let it boil until vegetables are cook.
Remove from flame add capsicum chopped fresh mint and coriander and serve.
