Buckwheat and Radish Paratha
Ingredients
| Radish greens finely chopped | 0.25 cup/s | 
| Potatoes boiled and mashed | 2 cup/s | 
| Fresh grated radish | 0.75 cup/s | 
| Buckwheat flour | 2 cup/s | 
| Salt | to taste | 
Method
Take the flour, mashed potatoes, radish and radish greens in a bowl and mix well. Add salt and very little water to form a dough. Make small balls and start rolling the parathas. Simultaneously select convection mode 200°c temperature and preheat the oven for 4 minutes. Arrange the rolled parathas in the crispy plate and keep the plate on the grill mesh rack in the oven. Select again convection mode 200°c temperature and set time for 5 minutes, press start. Turn once in-between. After the beep, remove and apply the ghee on both sides of the parathas.
