Buckwheat and Radish Paratha

Radish greens finely chopped 0.25 cup/s
Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 cup/s
Fresh grated radish 0.75 cup/s
Buckwheat flour 2 cup/s
Salt to taste


Take the flour, mashed potatoes, radish and radish greens in a bowl and mix well. Add salt and very little water to form a dough. Make small balls and start rolling the parathas. Simultaneously select convection mode 200°c temperature and preheat the oven for 4 minutes. Arrange the rolled parathas in the crispy plate and keep the plate on the grill mesh rack in the oven. Select again convection mode 200°c temperature and set time for 5 minutes, press start. Turn once in-between. After the beep, remove and apply the ghee on both sides of the parathas. Serve hot.
