Okay so there's a certain category of food where making it just for yourself feels… wrong. Like, not illegal, but wrong. These are the dishes that someone's mum woke up at 6am for. That show up at every wedding, every big family lunch, every "come over, we're just having a small gathering" that turns into 25 people. You don't portion these out. You just put it in the middle of the table and figure it out. Here are a few of our favourites.
