Everyone’s suddenly sipping kombucha and calling it “gut health”. Meanwhile, Indian kitchens have been fermenting stuff since forever! Sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose, and always with great results!
We didn’t need mason jars or wellness influencers. We had leftovers, a bit of sun, and grandmothers who knew exactly what they were doing.
