How to perfectly roast chicken for Christmas

Christmas isn’t complete without the smell of roasted chicken, coupled with gravy and stuffed with rosemary, thyme and lemons, wafting through the oven! Everyone has their own take on this delicacy — some prefer it with the skin, some without! Here is our twist on the traditional Christmas feast! All you need for this recipe is Godrej’s Real Good Whole Chicken flavoured with a slew of spices and lathered in generous amount of butter.
Place the uncovered chicken carefully in the oven and bake at 180 degrees F for an hour and a half.
