Ingredients

Bajri flour, whole wheat flour, Green Garlic, green chillies, salt, asafoetida, haldi powder, Dhanaj cup/s

Method

1 cup bajri flour 
Less than 1/4 cup of wheat flour 
Salt to taste 
1/4 tsp asafoetida ( hing)
1 tsp dhana jeera powder 
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp oil
2 green chillies finely chopped 
1/4 bunch of green garlic finely chopped 
Handful of coriander finely chopped 

Mix everything and add water to make a dough.  Take care while adding water add gradually. Once made into a dough  immediately make the thepla using wheat flour to roll. If left for a while the dough will start becoming soggy. Now roast it on tava with ghee.  Enjoy!!
