Doodh Cola
This fizzy-meets-creamy drink made with chilled milk and cola first found fame at Kolkata’s Balwant Singh Dhaba. Today, it’s having a national moment. Smooth, bubbly, and slightly addictive, it’s summer’s most surprising sip.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup chilled Godrej Jersey milk
- ½ cup cola
- Ice cubes
How to make: Pour cold milk over ice, then slowly add cola. Stir gently and serve immediately.
Masala Matcha Chaach
A refreshing twist on traditional chaach, this East-meets-East fusion blends Japanese matcha with the cooling, savoury notes of Indian buttermilk. Fresh mint and grated ginger add a lively, spicy kick.
