This one’s a traditional crispy sweet snack made with rice flour and plain flour in right proportions, coconut milk and cold water. The batter is flavoured with unroasted black sesame seeds and freshly crushed green cardamom. The cookies are made using a cast-iron mould and then deep-fried in Godrej Veg Oil’s Refined Soyabean Oil.
