There are no shortcuts to health. Crash diet fads have been proven to cause more problems than they solve. Eating five meals a day provides your body with the vital nutrients it needs.

And 30 minutes in the kitchen amounts to a considerable cardio workout!

Stick to that resolution

Train your mind to stick to that healthy food plan. It does not happen overnight but there are ways to do it. You could remind yourself of your fitness goals every time you reach for the second helping of cheese. The body and the mind are connected and we need to set ourselves focussed eating goals. Eat with focus and you will fall in love with your body. Do not wait until the end of the year to make that resolution, do it today!

Balance is the key

We get it, it’s hard to say no to scrumptious fatty foods. But dieting does not mean starving. Nutrition is all about balance and proportion. On an average, we consume about 35 meals in a week and work out for seven hours. That gives you enough leeway to eat 30 healthy meals and indulge yourself with that extra helping of ghee for the remaining five.
