
Fulfil your street food cravings with these guilt-free, healthy versions
There’s no denying that Indians of all ages can’t resist street food. Whether it’s spicy vada pav, tangy pani puri or flavourful momos, street food is one of our biggest weaknesses. However, as much as we love these tasty treats, there’s no denying that it can be a tricky proposition. They aren’t the healthiest foods around and we’ve all been guilty of indulging in them a little more than is needed. And who hasn’t blamed street food whenever we fall ill? But you don’t need to put an end to your ‘street food love story.’ Awareness and mindful eating is growing, as is evident from findings in the Godrej Food Trends 2018 Report and an increasing number of people are opting for healthier versions of their favourite street food.
