| Salt | 1 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Gram flour | 4 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Rice flour | 2 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Corn flour | 1 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Red chilli powder | 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
| Turmeric powder | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Chat Masala | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Coriander Powder | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Cumin Powder | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Oil | ¼ litre (l) |
| Thick Curd whisked | 1 cup/s |
| Sugar | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Black salt | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Chat masala | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Red Chilli powder | ½ teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Tamarind Chutney | 3-4 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Mint Chutney | 3-4 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
| Coriander leaves chopped | 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
| Barik sev | 50 gram (g) |
Method

1- Peel Karela
2- Slit & remove seeds
3- Cut in rings
Apply salt and leave for 30 mins.
METHOD TO COAT KARELA :
1- Wash Karela (salt applied )Twice
2- In a saucepan bring water to boil with little salt and add the washed karela.
3- After 10 min remove from flame, drain all water.
4- While hot, add the karela rings in above dry mixture ( ingredients 3 to 13 ) and toss it until all the rings are well coated, keep aside.
5- Fry this coated karela until crisp.
METHOD TO ASSEMBLE :
1- In plate place the Fried Karela.
2- Top with Curd, little tamarind and mint chutney
Sprinkle black salt, Red chilli powder, Roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt to taste.
3- Add remaining Tamarind and mint chutney followed by curd.
4- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and Barik sev and serve.
