Ingredients
Roasted Cashew Nuts Powder | 1.5 cup/s |
Sugar | 0.75 cup/s |
Rose Water | 1 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
Cardamom Powder | 0.25 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
Method
Step 1: Take a microwave oven safe bowl, Add sugar, cardamom powder and rose water, mix well and select micro mode, set time for 3minutes, press start. (Stir twice in between).
Step 2: When the sugar melts off completely add the cashew nuts powder into it. Mix well and cook again for 3 minutes (Stir twice in between). After the beep, remove, mix well and blend the sugar syrup and powder. The mixture must be smooth. Pour the mixture in to a lightly greased baking dish.
Set to cool and cut to it into desired shapes and Serve.
