Ingredients

Ghee 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Carrot (grated) 2 cup/s
Sugar 2 cup/s
Milk 1 cup/s
Khoa/khoya/mawa 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Raisins 0.5 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Almonds (chopped) 0.5 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Cardamom powder 0.25 teaspoon/s (tsp)

Method

Take a microwave safe bowl and add the ghee, grated carrots and sugar. Mix well and cook for 6 minutes. Take the bowl out once done and add the milk and khoya. Stir and cook for four minutes. Add the raisins, almonds and cardamom powder and cook again for four minutes. Serve hot.
