Sesame Seeds 2 cup/s
Jaggery Grated 1.5 cup/s
Ghee 3 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Cardamom Powder 0.5 teaspoon/s (tsp)


Step 1: Take a microwave oven safe glass bowl, add sesame seeds and place it in the oven, select Micro mode high power, set time for 3 minutes and press start. (Turn twice in between for better result). After the oven beeps, remove and set aside.

Step 2: Take another microwave oven safe glass bowl, add grated jaggery, water, mix well and cook for 3 minutes to make thick syrup.

Step 3: - After the oven beeps, Remove the jaggery syrup and add roasted sesame seeds, ghee, cardamom powder, mix well and transfer in to a greased rectangular tray/bowl, level it with a large flat spatula & make cuts on it. Once it has cooled down, you can separate the pieces.

Serve or store them in an air-tight container.
