Ingredients

Minced chicken 200 gram (g)
Grated cheese 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp)
Salt to taste

Method

Take minced chicken in a bowl and add some salt to it. Mix them well. Now, flatten the chicken on a cling film. Put a line of grated cheese over it and roll it tightly. Refrigerate the rolls for 15 minutes. In a flat microwave dish, take some hot water and place the sausages in it. Make sure that you keep the dish covered with a lid as you microwave it for two minutes. Once cooked, remove the sausages and keep them aside for a minute. You can now open the cling film and enjoy your steaming hot chicken sausages. Feel free to sauté them in butter if you don’t mind a few extra calories!
