Date brownie energy bars


• NO-BAKE DATE ENERGY BARS - another simple recipe to save and make later: dEATS: 1.5 cups of dates (seeds removed), 1 cup of walnuts, 1/2 cup of almonds (I used sliced), 1/2 cup of coconut, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, and a dash of cinnamon - In food processor or blender: add walnuts, almonds and coconut - pulse until broken into pieces, add seeds and dates, pulse until dates are crushed, line parchment paper on a pan or plate and set in the refrigerator until firm - then ENJOY! I let these bars sit while I was at work and came home to them ready to enjoy and trust me when I say they are delicious!
