Webinar on “Evolving Food Habits & Home Kitchens in the New normal”
Launched in February this year, based on inputs of over a hundred and fifty culinary experts from across India, The Godrej Food Trends Report - 2020 had predicted Ghar-ka-khana to top the charts. In the months following the launch of the report, as new normal emerged, interest in Ghar-ka-khana augmented opportunities for neighbourhood foodpreneur, it brought to the fore commitment to mindful eating and more.
Given that seven out of the ten trends predicted in the Godrej Food Trends Report - 2020, designed by Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal, accelerated during the last few months, Godrej in association with The Hindu is hosting a panel discussion on Evolving Food Habits and Home Kitchens In The New Normal. The panel will look into the emerging patterns and their impact on the home kitchen. It will deep dive into some of the top trends to unravel how disruption in dining out, online shopping and focus on mindful eating has led to the rise of no compromise convenience cooking. The webinar is powered by Godrej Appliances and Vikhroli Cucina – Godrej Group’s brand-agnostic owned media platform in the food space.
The panellists include Kamal Nandi, Business Head & Executive Vice President of Godrej Appliances, Two times national award winner Chef Varun Inamdar and Monika Manchanda, Chief Culinary Officer, Altlife. Ruth Dsouza, an independent food and beverage writer, will moderate the discussion.
