Indian food continues to make people’s hearts melt and mouths water across the globe. And there are many other local foods which are travelling to far flung places and winning fans. But there are new heroes in the spotlight as well: local, ethnic, and forgotten indigenous ingredients that will inspire every aspect of food this year, says the Godrej Food Trends 2018 Report.
