Gajar Halwa

The yummy looking gajar ka halwa has taken 8 man hours of mine. Right from cooking to plating, clicking to editing. It was all a one man show. Having started food plating & trying my hands on food styling & photography through the lock down, not only was I knowledge deprived but also resources. With limited crockery and no resources, I started using my husband’s Coat cover as the base for my food photography & that helped but all pictures started looking same until I came across a broken tile which I used for this Gajar Halwa as a base. This Gajar Halwa picture shared with family & friends & on my blog got me flooded with rave reviews and also orders as many found it too tempting to resist.
With no idea of what now and after the lock down, I took up orders along with plating as my passion turned profession. I started to whip up halwa and add more to my menu keeping food blogging & food pictures as prime focus.
