Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine spinach and feta cheese.
  • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Instructions

  • Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, chickpeas, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
